Four years ago, shortly after I found out that I was pregnant with my daughter, I got the opportunity to photograph a remarkably exciting (and tiring!) event – The 24 Hour Musicals. In the course of 24 hours, some of Broadway, TV and film’s finest gathered to write, rehearse and produce 4 original short musicals. It was crazy fun to be a fly on the wall during this process – so many intelligent, talented people giving it their all and totally freaking out in the process! I have a somewhat hazy remembrance of the event, as I was newly preggers and ridiculously tired – BUT, luckily I wasn’t the only people there to document it.
A fabulous film crew was also there – and the result of their hard work is a fabulous documentary – ONE NIGHT STAND. After touring festivals around the country, for the past couple of years, the film finally opens nationwide in theatres. Tonight. For ONE NIGHT ONLY!
The film uses my photographs in their promotional materials and website and I am so thrilled for their success. Get your tickets now and check it out tonight!
